Can you clear a house in Dublin that is going through probate?
Yes. We agree the price and the date with the executor or administrator. Grants of probate for Dublin, Meath, Kildare and Wicklow are handled by the Probate Office at Phoenix House, Smithfield, and many executors book the clearance once the house is ready to be valued or sold.
What happens to photos, papers and valuables we find?

Do you clear rental properties at the end of a tenancy?

Is a council permit needed in Dublin?
